Our Hiking Dubrovnik tour starts early in the morning, at 08.00 from Pile Gate. The pace will be adjusted to the group and its preferences. Our path takes us uphill, via narrow streets outside the Old Town, passing the main road and hitting the zigzagging of the road trail. On our way we will climb the steep slopes of Mt Srđ, the dramatic vertical background of the City of Dubrovnik. Rising 412m above sea level, Srđ offers the very best 360 degree view of Dubrovnik, its hinterland, Lokrum island, and the open sea. Its top is adorned with Fort Imperial, built during the Napoleonic wars. Srđ was once covered in oak forest, which locals call Dubrava, after which the city of Dubrovnik was named. Srđ was also the place of one of the fiercest battles during the recent Croatia Independence War, the siege of Dubrovnik, which is today commemorated at Fort Imperial Museum. Visiting the museum (which we highly recommend) is optional, tickets are not included in the price. Here we’ll enjoy a well-deserved rest with a photo-stop and refreshments. We can go the same way back or use the cable car. Cable car tickets are not included in the price.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To complete the booking, you have to go through the payment process.
The tour is considered booked when 50% deposit of the total amount is paid.
In case you cancel up to 7 days before your scheduled tour, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
In case you cancel less than 7 days before your tour or in case of no show, there will be no reimbursement.
In case of bad weather, the decision is up to you. If you feel like biking in the rain, we are ready. If you decide not to go, we will refund the total amount. You can also reschedule. We will contact you about this a few days before. If you don’t respond we’ll wait for you at the meeting point as scheduled.
